Dr. Hallmark has been serving as the Superintendent of Sealy ISD schools the last two years. He spent the first seven years of his career as a social studies teacher and coach before moving into administration and went on to serve in many different administrative roles. In total, he has 22 years of experience in public education. His educational background includes a Doctorate degree from Texas A&M University, a Master’s degree from Sam Houston State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University.
Dr. Hallmark's wife, Andrea Hallmark is a teacher at Sealy Elementary. They have two children, Cole and Carly. Dr. Hallmark likes to spend his time away from school hunting, fishing, or watching sports.
His passion in education is to make sure ALL students are prepared for their future.
